I highly suggest Trademarks411 to anyone in need. They work quickly, are budget-friendly, and really know how to get things done. Trademarks411 guided me through the entire process. I filed this to support my wife's ecommerce venture on Amazon. I've dealt with other trademark companies before, and honestly, they just don't care about your business. We submitted our statement of use, which got the green light, and now my wife has a trademark registered for her brand. We’ve got an Amazon-approved trademark now! I really wish they had done a better job searching before submitting my trademark application! At the very least, I would have looked for another name instead of throwing money away after they assured me they had checked and everything was good. I even forked out an extra $199 for them to challenge the refusal, but that got refunded. They mentioned a usual fee of $600, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the website or my account dashboard, and they also said that even at that price, they might not be able to overturn the refusal! It’s just so frustrating to waste cash! I’d suggest looking for another trademark or business attorney to handle the search before kicking off the trademark filing. Plus, I had to send them several emails just to get updates and figure out what was happening! I still don’t understand why my mark got rejected. They never really explained it; I just had to sift through the refusal document and piece it together myself.

I submitted a trademark application using the trademark411 platform from the UK, but ran into an issue with the card payment for the USPTO fees. Nicholas at Trademarks411 took care of it anyway to ensure my application wouldn't face any hiccups, and I settled up with them later. Keep in mind, my business is based in the UK, so this level of service was really above and beyond what I anticipated.
